Parenting a teen or young adult often brings challenges and questions you never expected. If you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just in need of guidance, you're not alone — and you don’t have to navigate this on your own. I’m here to walk alongside you and your child, offering support, clarity, and a path forward. Whether you're facing anxiety, identity exploration, school pressures, or difficult behaviors, there is a way through. Even in the toughest moments, healing, growth, and deeper connection are absolutely possible.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating life transitions, emotional struggles, and addictive or high-risk behaviors. With a foundation in clinical mental health counseling, additional training in addiction, and over 15 years of experience as a nurse, I bring both compassion and expertise to this work. My approach helps clients discover who they are and what they’re capable of achieving.

Taking the first step into counseling can be the hardest part — but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offer a safe, non-judgmental space, and walk with you every step of the way. I believe in your strength and resilience. And if I’m not the right fit, I’ll make sure you’re connected with someone who is. You deserve to feel better — and I’m here to help you get there.
