About Me:​

My name is Kalya Subramanian and I started my career in software engineering, and now I’m a social worker. Therapy with me is warm, but accountable. I use direct, proven methods to quickly help you. You don’t have to relive or re-experience the worst things that happened to you in order to heal and move forward.

Trauma:​

My experience and interest are in helping adult individuals through childhood trauma. Trauma often starts as a child and affects us throughout our lives, but trauma recovery is possible. It doesn’t have to take a long time, either.​

Substance Abuse:

I work with adult clients who are in active recovery of substance abuse. I cannot work with clients who are in need of detox. I work with you to support your goals in sobriety and beyond.

Cross-Cultural Therapy::​

I work with adult children of immigrants and other individuals who hold cross-cultural identities navigate the issues that are unique to them.
