Sarah Morris
Navigating the transition from high school to college and college into adulthood is no easy feat and often brings up unique stressors and questions like, “Am I ready for this?” “Do I have the capacity to make and embrace this change?” “Am I going to fail and fall on my face?” The fear and anxiety that come with life transitions can feel overwhelming and scary, but these feelings do not have to define this exciting moment in your life. Using the therapeutic relationship, I help clients empower themselves to identify their values, live lives aligned with those values, and embrace change.
You will learn skills to successfully cope with anxiety and fear and live more meaningful, connected, and purpose-driven lives. Counseling can seem intimidating, especially when life feels overwhelming already, but through the process you can find clarity, confidence, strength, and inner peace. I’m here to help support and encourage you during this time and am constantly in awe of clients’ abilities to make positive, healthy changes and feel honored to be a small part of the process.
If you are looking to begin your therapeutic journey with support, compassion, openness, and humor, please feel free to reach out for a consultation.
